About me
My story
My name is Adèle Hartley and I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and neuropsychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Open University of England and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology from the Montpellier III University of France.
I have over 10 years’ experience working as a clinical psychologist with adults, adolescents and children primarily in France, England and Peru. At present I offer online psychotherapy , working with people from different countries and in different cultural contexts. My vision of the human being is comprehensive, including the biological, psychological and spiritual aspects as well as the socio-cultural environment.

I work under a behavioral cognitive approach, but I also use various third-generation therapy tools (ACT, DBT, Mindfulness) and my experience in neuropsychology, which allow me to provide a more adapted service to the client, according to the objectives and demands of each one. I work globally on development from self-knowledge and I also propose brief therapy for people who want to direct their attention to the resolution of a very specific problem.
